Think I ruined my legs doing a fast 10k on Saturday :/ not done enough time at race pace I think.
They'll heal. Take it slow today, and then tomorrow 3k at low pace. Then some amount to keep legs used to the concept of movement until race day.
Did an easy 5km this morning, feel ok for now. Plan is an easy few km on Thursday then take it easy until Sunday. You comin?
