  • Think I ruined my legs doing a fast 10k on Saturday :/ not done enough time at race pace I think.

  • They'll heal. Take it slow today, and then tomorrow 3k at low pace.
    Then some amount to keep legs used to the concept of movement until race day.

  • Did an easy 5km this morning, feel ok for now. Plan is an easy few km on Thursday then take it easy until Sunday. You comin?
