Maybe one of the Topping DACs with Bluetooth? I don’t think your 1mii receiver has a digital output, does it? Bear in mind that Bluetooth is probably never going to sound amazing.
I was doing the same with my TV’s headphone output until recently. Now I’ve got an optical digital cable going to my amp’s onboard DAC, and it’s night & day better.

What other outputs does your tv have? Most budget Dacs should have optical, co-axial and USB so you’ll need to be wired for your phone. Otherwise you’ll need something like a chrome cast audio which you can stream to, as well as a DAC for the tv, and use the pre-amp on your Quad to select the input source.

I've a Chord 2qute DAC that has optical and co-axial if you're looking for something that was quite fancy but has now depreciated significantly (and still sounds great)

I’ve got a quad 33/303 preamp/power amplifier combo, and whilst the vinyl setup is good, I’ve currently got one of these plugged into it to play music off my phone, and the TV is connected just our the head phone socket.
Any suggestions on an upgrade on the digital in? Do I need a DAC? Cheers.
