I'll be selling my K1100RS Soon. 3000 miles, stored indoors for many years.
It doesn't look as pretty as this any more - I sheared off some belly pan fasteners on the front doorstep. Bringing it through the house turned out not to be such a good idea. I've bought a kit to mould some new fasteners. The kit is gathering dust, as is the bike.
Another thing I've not got round to is a ULEZ certificate. If a certificate of conformity is not forthcoming from BMW GB, I'm 99.99% sure it would pass the ULEZ emissions test with a dose of Millers Ecomax.
Since I got it I've added heated grips, stainless steel brake hoses and pannier rails. And removed the ABS. (All work done by a BM technician https://www.mobilemotorcycleservicing.com/ .)
Any forum bikes for sale soon? Thinking of an occasional commuter.
