I think a women's coat made of man made fibres and weighing more than 1kg will have VAT at 20% and import duty at 12% if coming from the US.
Taxes to GB seem to be a mess, a mate of mine got a coat from the USA and hit charged 50% of the value in tax!
Which is not correct it should be 20% and courier fee.
