Not gonna work. Shimano finally changed rear mech pull ratio for 11 speed.
The reason you can mix 6,7,8,9 & 10 speed Shimano road groups is that no matter what, each 1.0 mm of cable pull always results in 1.7 mm of derailleur travel. But with an 11 speed mech you only get 1.4 mm travel.

Forgive my ignorance, but this is not my area of expertise, and reading online seems to present confecting info.
Would a 6800 11sp RD work on a 10sp casette, with a 10sp chain, with 10sp shifters? Surely the shifters dicatate the pull length, and as the 11sp derailleir itself isn't indexed, there shouldn't be an issue. Right?
Or no?
