Perhaps but the devil might be in the detail. Oakwood Garden Rooms run the mains electricity 'outside' between the OSB and cladding rather than inside the OSB where the thermal insulation is. There is some debate as to if that is a good or bad thing to do. You need an electrician that agrees with Oakwood or you start to deviate from the build pack and who knows where you end up...
