I was going by most of my experience of domestic sparks being them not wanting to do anything that involves physical effort so assumed doing that heavy lifting would make it easier.
I'd love to hear some of the "anti" opinions with appropriate references to 7671 to justify. I don't use it much these days but i spent 7 years in a job where I was referring to it every day.
I'm completely unqualified to have an opinion but I did raise an eyebrow. I recall an episode of Grand Designs where someone was building a straw bale insulated house and ran their electrics in pyro to guard against rodent damage, could that be a risk with cable the way Oakwood do it?
No more than under the floorboards in my house. (Electrocuted several times due to munched insulation) I don't see rodents bothering under the cladding when there's the base to live under.
Straw bales would also have the fire risk and issues with de-rating cables encapsulated by insulation.
