Integrated bar/stem actually looks better on slacker head angles generally because then the bar ends up in a more aesthetic position IMO (bar ends pointing in the direction of where the rear brake bridge would be). I'd say this one is acceptable.

If there were after-market 13 speed cranks Ekar would be much more appealing
