• Any particular reason for avoiding shower over bath? We were hoping to do so, but then realised we didn't have room for a bath (we both love a good, hot bath!) and a shower (an absolute must, let's be honest).

Really happy with what we have ended up with. The shower is over the bath, but plumbed in separately; not via the hot/cold taps on the bath. Not electric, not power, just mains pressure.

    Think it's a Crosswater one.

    Curious too.

Off the top of my head; age/mobility and the extra nooks and crannies/pita to clean come to mind as considerations. On the plus it means one less thing to clean.

  • For me it felt like a compromise, both how much space you have when you get in and the whole getting in bit.
Ideal situation would be a 1.8m x 1.4m walk in with no threshold or door, plus separate bath.
I ended up with shower above bath.
