WTD 11-36/40 cassette & pannier rack

Hi all, bodging a 1x for my commuter and need:

40t or 42t narrow wide chainring, 110bcd 5 hole
11-38 or 40t cassette (10 speed prob, would be open to 9 or 11)
Pannier rack
Shimano hollow tech BSA BB

Possibly interested in road wheel set if cheap too..

Sorted a lot of my needs!

Still after a wide 10sp cassette - 11-36 or 11-40 would be amazing. Similarly need 10sp chain. Also looking for a pannier rack that isn't too heavy.
