Are you tightening it with an Allen key?

are the threads of the bolt/ in the taper still okay? maybe a new crank bolt will do.

New crank time, make sure to regrease the interface between crank and spindle every 6 months or so.

IF it's 165mm AND you don't mind it being silver and bit scratched up, I've got one going.

My nds crank arm started to get loose like a week ago out of nowhere and I have to retighten the screw basically every second day since then. I've been running the crank bb combination for 5 years now and never had any issues.
Is there anything I can do or is it time for a new crank?
