Weight fluctuated all over the shop this weekend. Went pretty big on Saturday. Not with mad takeaway just more sandwiches and STILL no chocolate or biscuit type things. Countered that with a sparse Sunday.
Anyway, 3.2 kg until target. Averaging about 170 miles a week and at least a couple of gym, weight train/treadmill seshes.
I think strategy will have to change come at least March 1st as need to build up miles and strength over weight loss.
