If you're waved at, wave back. Or don't. If you wave (or don't) and someone does, or doesn't, wave back, does it matter? Make a tumblr post if it does. It's running, not Tinder. Unless it is Tinder, and I'm really bad at that too.
I wave / nod / acknowledge on quiet / empty trails. Sometimes.

😁 Thanks for clearing that up. It doesn't bother me. Just wanted to check as quite new to running. And comming from cycling where the nod and wave while out is definitely a thing I just wondered if it carried to running also. I like to akknowledge other runners, walkers, dogs, cows and the occasional cat. If they don't respond all good.
