• A very low carb week (still eating within 16:8) has seen me knock off a fair bit more weight. The 38 waist jeans have been packed away, hopefully for good.

    I don’t think this is a particularly healthy rate of weight loss so I’m planning to switch my focus to more exercise with the days (slowly) getting a bit longer and relax the eating regime.

    I haven’t been counting calories but I’m fairly convinced that eating far less meat and dairy has made a difference.
