    2.8kg in roughly 5 weeks so i should be on course for <85kg by the end of March. Last week was a bit of a write of with two evenings out with dinner and booze etc. I only managed to get one run in too but hey ho. I'm feeling good and i'm going make sure i'm on it this week.
