The old version or the new version?
I used to use White Line Teflon but now I just don't bother lubing cleats. I need someone to measure wear and tell me I've been a bad boy and might bother again.

I don't bother but then they stiffen up and clipping in and out becomes difficult. It is necessary with speedplay sadly.

The new one.
My pedals are brand new and I can clip in with the right foot no problem but can’t for the life of me get the left foot to clip in. I was hoping that a bit of lube would magically solve my issue

Does anybody know if ceramic speed UFO drip would be suitable to use as lube for speedplay cleats? Don't really want to go out and buy something if what I've already got at home will do the job
