Tyre dolly's make moving a vehicle easier. Should not be using a trolley jack for that as Id be wary of jack sinking in and or wheels getting caught. Also looking at the wheels on a jack how many non commercial jacks have bearings on the wheels? Usually metal to metal contact.
More concerned if it is my car that would be damaged.

I've often thought of using trolley jacks for that purpose. Maybe one also needs some strips of carpet to ease their passage.
