Yep but a lot that he has written about applies here.
The colonial attitude of Westminster was perhaps fading a bit...then Brexit and Boris Johnsons/ERG type of Brexit showed plainly it hasn't gone away.
Though lately I wonder if those same types give a flying f about anybody...in that sense, there's perhaps nothing special about the shitshow visited upon us.
