Last night was the first time I noticed BBC News saying that the deaths being reported were Covid positive in the last 28 days may not have died of Covid.

Is that a new thing?

No. Obviously I will be shot down for saying this but before the agenda was to make you scared. Big death numbers= big scared. Now they want you to get back on with your lives so they slide in little hints to make all the scared people feel a bit less scared.

My husband has asthma.

That's a risk factor for COVID death.

If he gets it and dies from it, was it COVID or asthma?

Should he be "scared"?

Reporting with context fine, but death certs won't always be clear cut. This "only COVID" is also not the whole story.
