  • I'm typically UK9.5/EU44, these are a UK9.

From here which has a pretty decent discount on a number of models, made better by a 10% additional discount for new customers (WELCOME10 for those interested). I phoned to check stock and was told they were no longer stocking these models hence the healthy discount.

I'll phone some cobblers tomorrow for advice before admitting defeat.

  • Eu 44 is uk 10 according to Trickers size chart. I have trickers on the same 4497 last and for me they’re true to size. I’d say send em back, if you’re committed try shoe healer in Doncaster. They’ll be able to stretch them but would need to put new bigger soles on because the soles won’t stretch . Will cost about £100

  • Should maybe have left the EU size out in this instance. I have existing pair of the same model/last (different colour and well past their best) in a UK9.5 which fit perfectly.

Interesting to know about the stretching process and rough costs. Takes them up to near RRP which clearly makes it not worthwhile. Oh well, next time hopefully!
