Right- but culture war stuff fades away when it’s your job in the farm shop which just got canned because the farmland has been turned into an inheritance tax dodge/rewilding project and fox-hunting area.

Dave the farm hand has never heard of a "culture war", all he knows is the country is going to pot and the papers say these Labour guys are terrorists and communists who want to give free internet to the millions on benefits while he's just lost his job.
