If it's not a chainline issue (which from the sounds of it could be) maybe you have a twisted link in there somewhere? -
Nothings wrong. Angle is just too extreme. Either slap a N/W ring on there, or get a chain guide.
I’d start by throwing the chainring inside the spider and see if it helps the chain stay on.
One of the main complaints by customers running 1x10+ systems.
