The earliest I could have been allowed out was today. Despite a negative lateral flow at the height of my symptoms, I'm back to testing positive so cooped up for a little while longer. I've managed to avoid winding my girlfriend up too much and have quite enjoyed getting to spend all day catching up on jobs round the house, reading and watching films. I would absolutely fucking love to go for a walk or a bike ride though.
The guidance says not to do any testing until day 5 (where day 0 is the day you tested positive). So I'd disregard anything until ... day 5 = Tuesday.
