Need some inspo to set up fenders on straight leg carbon forks with just the three zits for cages. Whats the best bend to accommodate this situation?

Thanks for posting my Trek in here. I was actually about to ask for opinions, since I'm considering replacing it with a new frame+fork.
I want disc brakes, and I want to be able to run wider tires, preferably at least 700x45 with fenders, and 650bx50 more off road oriented tires also with fenders. I was looking for a Kona Sutra frameset, but gave up pretty quickly as shops across Europe seems to only stock complete bikes.
So now I'm consideringKona Rove - Literally perfect, but tapered headtube is ugly.
Surly Bridge Club - Also nice, but would like thru axles.
All City Gorilla Monsoon - Ticks all the boxes, but is pretty expensive.Anything else I should consider?

Why not stick with Trek?

Get a local frame builder to either A) weld disc tabs so you can run disc 650s or B) move the rim brake tabs down a touch to use 650 rims!
Could also crimp the stays to allow to wildness.
Better to mod than buy new right?
Bags are very useful, the wizard works one is great.
