I've been enjoying buckwheat pancakes with roasted veggies recently. Been my go to dinner. I'll get the Recipie up.
they are good to make a stack and keep them in the fridge and just warm through when u need.Edit I used this Recipie and then just chuck in what you want.
I found the thinner ones better as the fatter ones can be a bit stodgy
