    This sounds bonkers but actually lines up pretty closely with me (6-8 hours per week).

    For Feb:
    Going two meals a day.
    And quitting bread Mon-Fri

  • Although it sounds horrible, you need to lose 82400 calories.
    Divide that amongst running, and diet and divide that as sensibly as you can.
