• You need to jog about 6 hours in a week to have the same calorie deficit as eating 500 calories less a day. And that deficit loses you approx 400g a week.

    This sounds bonkers but actually lines up pretty closely with me (6-8 hours per week).

    For Feb:
    Going two meals a day.
    And quitting bread Mon-Fri

  • Probably worth noting how many calories those meals contain. Having an understanding what a meal looks like in calories is pretty helpful in a weight loss journey.

    For example, I realised I was eating about 500 calories in bread and cheese after each lunch and dinner alone when I was with family in France.
    On top of all the additional Christmas excess.
