Doing lots of cardio is great. Though for weight loss diet is king.
You need to jog about 6 hours in a week to have the same calorie deficit as eating 500 calories less a day. And that deficit loses you approx 400g a week.
The problem with cardio is it feels like it should be having a better weight impact than it actually does.
Unfortunately our bodies are pretty efficient and fat stores loads of energy.

About one month in and only lost 1kg. Been doing a shed load of cardio too. Think I need to work harder on my eating. Thought i'd been doing pretty well this month too! Not up to calorie counting so will just have to work harder on what I stuff in my pie hole. With dry Jan coming to an end, it going to get tricky.

Saying i've lost about a kg in fat which is pretty good. But for the amount of effort. Sheesh!
