Yes obviously end of the axles to fill the 2.5mm gap each side (more or less, with a pompino, 135mm might be more of an indication than a truth ). As said above, i wouldnt even bother with spacers.

the v-brakes on my bike are just some cheap mini v brakes by tektro (rx1), but due to the shorter pull ratio they work with standard road levers

oh that's fantastic. Did you buy that frame new - is it still possible to get hold of them with canti mounts?

Very good, needs a better pic, and some mud.

Beautiful! EBB or magic gear?

Very clean. Does the exzentriker work well? Did you need a half link in the chain?

So nice!
Are they the FMB open tyres? How are they?

With Dugast latex tubes, unfortunately a tweaked back means they haven’t been used in anger yet.
They seem as close to tubs as I can get without the hassle and the ability to change tread without multiple wheelset.
The aim of the build was high spec , old skool practicality. -

I’m back on the SsSWorks. 19-44 was perhaps a tad optimistic given the mud fest we encountered. That’s the before shot, if it doesn’t make it go or stop it can be a shit cakes as it likes.

Had one of these. Sold out on here, bitterly regret it. But on the upside, I did sell it to buy a 2019 Crockett, which has stranglehold dropouts. So watch this space.

My Crockett is the best cross bike I've ever ridden, and I've had a few*, so hopefully you won't be disappointed.
*ten by my calculations

God I'm not going to even race anymore but I want one of those Crocketts. Not sure I'd trade in the Cinelli for it though.
Why's the clearance like on the Crockett?

Excellent, not had any issues with mud build up whatsoever over the past five seasons.

It’s been lovely so far. Used it in a couple of races, for Weds night cross training and longer rides in Epping Forest with no complaints.

there was a 53 cheaper (used) one in the classifieds, it is now on ebay.
A 130 hub will be fine on a steel frame with 135 spacing, I wouldn't bother with spacers, 2.5mm flex on either side is nothing.
