If I watch the film will I know where it is?

I will watch it anyway. As a Dunfermline boy, a soundtrack by Big Country is enough for me!

Despite growing up 5 minutes from that location I’ve never actually watched the film but an image from either a movie poster or trailer of them riding the motorcycle over the bridge has been stuck in my head ever since….. I will now have to watch it, if for nothing other than the old footage and like you say the Big Country soundtrack. Sure my old man will still have a cassette or theirs somewhere.

I thought I knew where it was but photo didn't make sense. A little Google and I found it. Will grab it next time I'm on the bike

Just listened to Vic Galloway do a piece on Dunfermline and it’s music venues on Steve Lamacqs 6 music show, sadly as with Edinburgh a lot of the good old ones are no more….

The Kinema Ballroom featured heavily I imagine. Bit before my time. A lot of bands still come through PJ's which is a nice old pub and venue. Franz Ferdinand are there tonight in fact.
