Hmm only the rear axle will require spacers, did not even occur to me but yeah seems plausible but perhaps to a less extent if only rear.
I will have to try and c. No clear objections to spacers then. I figured that maybe the load on the axle and bearing might increase but its such a small change and likely overbuilt (i hope) and with 2000km a year or similar its maybe a non issue regardless.

It will alter the steering geometry- but alter is not necessarily bad.
