What you don’t realise is how much skin gets shed when handling a watch without gloves.(dust is mostly skin) it’s a real issue with photographing watches close up but harder to deal with shooting video
I have photographed watches for QP/telegraph/GQ/Esquire and spent hours dust spotting because somebody decided they wanted to try on a box fresh watch before I could shoot it.
