• I've hit a bit of a wall at 82kg. Been eating well a few cheat days here and there but nothing mad. I run 5 times a week. But just seem to sit at 82kg even when I really watch what I eat.
    The only thing I can think it may be is missing lunch as I'm busy at work and eating at 7pm. This does happen quite regularly.

  • As a reverse of other people I don’t methodically count calories. I know roughly the calorific content of some foods/snacks/meals and tend to eat similar meals during the week. I find calories counting takes a lot of the joy out and don’t find it healthy (for me!).

    If you’re running that often I’d suggest changing the type of running you’re doing up. Maybe chuck in some hill work, intervals etc also a weekly long slow run. Mixing it up will help work in the right zones
