I still need to do my tax return, and I'm usually not so good at that kind of stuff, but I want to know something,
I have to write the amount of taxes taken off my salary.
On my payslips I have all the deductions, Tax, NI Employee Contribution and Retirement Savings.
Do I have to calculate them all or just the Tax and NI Employee Contribution or just the Tax?

Just the tax. NI is different and employer deductions will usually be something else (you might need to include them though - depends if they are deductible pre or post tax?)
