Depends what your budget is? I have a pair of Velocity Quill rims on Hope RS4s, built up by my lbs using DT comp spokes, 28h front n rear, silver hubs, spokes n nipples. Very light use.
Just realised you mean Shimano wheels, not Shimano freewheel.
