  • Yeah, China. Lots of rules but as with most things here, there's ways round them. I know so many people with 2+ dogs, you just get a friend to register one under their name. Or if you have a "too big" dog then you only walk it at night.

  • No, and you don't have to licence your cat if you don't want to, it's only if you plan to move abroad or maybe some other special circumstances.
    Dogs must be licenced and I think you technically have to have the licence with you every time you take your dog out (though also technically I'm meant to have my passport on me at all times).
