I'd wager a fair amount of twats crashing cars is due to them flooring it and not being able to control their overpowered twatmobile, but black boxes and GPS linked limiters all round will do until a robot can drive everyone about.

I have no doubt those incidents result in a load of trashed Mustangs and Chargers, but deaths? I seriously doubt it

Not to the drivers, not hard to squish a person like that though, it's probably not the biggest contributor but fast and quick to accelerate cars are often driven too quickly, they should all be boring AF to drive on public roads.
