Sometimes user error can be a factor lol. This week think I've had at least 3 every single day, freehub body failure, all kinds of brands, all kinds of bikes. Main common component, folk who like to wash their bikes a lot lol. All easy to fix though haha. Some kind of a record I think! Cold weather means any moisture trapped inside freezes and causes havoc.

@BrickMan Continuing the Hunt chat...I've just received the replacement freehub, but wont turn at all with the end caps lightly nipped up. Tried the seal in both orientations and it's the same. Just tried without the rubber seal and it works perfectly...Seen this before? Their online support chat asked me to fill out a warranty form...
Ignore that, I was being an idiot 🤦♂️
