  • I say that was a pretty uncommon mode of failure for a bolt like that.

    You could put a bit of m10 stud into the axle then use a nut but I'm going to guess that the thread on that bolt/inside the axle is not the same pitch as a standard 10mm track nut so you'd likely be limited to more agricultural hardware.

    I'd go with replacing the bolt (which will be very cheap so long as you don't buy it from BLB) and taking it really easy on the torque.
