Nah, not sure it's worth it tbh - you can get them for about £6 posted on eBay
Probably more useful for me to leave them on so that whoever buys the shoes can use them straight away. Sorry

@duncs, not sure if you've tried, but how deep is the recess for the SPD cleat? Do you think you could walk around in these without clanking? Looking for something semi casual that would let me walk around town etc without looking/sounding like a cyclist.

Yep they're fine @allsop - I've put some cleats in and walked around the lounge. no crunch/clanking and it looks completely recessed
