I was a bit lost yesterday without cycling after work, it was my first actual rest day for such a long time. I managed to catch up with friends in NZ which i have struggled to do over the year which was lovely.
From having such a strong routine with this challenge to not really having one is tough. I haven't really got any plans this week for my riding, just that i want to do some (maybe 300km). I'm going to get a training plan, originally i would of written it myself but I want some accountability in order to keep myself motivated.
I've set up a bit of a wall of used parts in my garage, i haven't worked out how i can store the bottom brackets though.
