Dunno if it’s related to the shoes but I’ve almost never heard anyone say a good thing about ON running shoes.
Are you doing any strength work?
I have been for the last few weeks. Curls, extensions and legs presses. I think it’s making it marginally better.
I find it much more comfortable running on a slight incline.
This is a good excuse for new trainers.
I’d sack off the foam rolling for now as always a chance it’s actually doing more harm than good. A good S&C routine - swimming would be a real plus. Good diet to aid recovery etc maybe some zinc/magnesium or oil tablets Plenty of rest!
