what does this have to with what i posted? I don't think the SNIB will ever be investing 27bn on a single project in a single year. This is not about the SNIB

scottish government doesn't have the powers to borrow the billions required to fund a publicly owned venture like the article suggests

Edit to add.. the SG can issue govt bonds too. Not at UK rates though!
