Bike shops able to claim hours for dealing with warranty stuff? Sign me up for some of that please.
Saw chicken had wera, unfortunately either wera aren't giving chicken tools at particularity amazing prices, chicken add a chunky margin or existing retailers really are selling items at cost +£2. As few things I thought on getting extra of weren't really any more than £2 cheaper.
Unior just moved from 2 pure to zyro. Shame as 2 pure always been spot on for me. They had an extra 20 to 25% off existing best pricing, but gone now unfortunately! Zyro will take up unior on 22 pricing which is a chunk upwards too.

How does warranty stuff work? Can a LBS bill the distributor for the admin hours when processing warranty claims? Do they? Or they don't/can't, and that's where the snobbery around warranty comes from?
