Are Dialled still going? I got a replacement direct from them a few years ago for not over the odds. But that's still in use, I am afraid. Otherwise, Singular (I think) use the same size BB shell and may be able to help? Or ask some tandem suppliers?
Edit: or any of these in the relevant size
https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/eccentric-shells-spares/I think the Nomad/Raven Mk2 Sport Tour etc 73.2mm - Gold is the one - give them a buzz

Thanks c00ps!
I’ve emailed Dialled and will take a look at SJS/Thorn, appreciated.
But that's still in use, I am afraid
That’s reassuring. Mine arrived dented (thread pushed up) from some prior keen spanner 🔧🦍 🤣

thread pushed up
Yeah - make sure the EBB is in the right way up (fat side towards the bottom), if you have retaining screws. The screw points can push into the soft allow and deform the threads from behind. The wedge versions are fine either way up, but squeak more. Also, carbon assembly paste is your friend.

The Phils are just inserts that get clamped/grub screwed right? In which case I can’t imagine there’s much, other than price, that separates them from any other insert of the correct size.
If your frame is the grub screw type I’d suggest a forgetting the grub screws and fitting Bushnell if the sizes are right.

Mike at dialled now resides in the U.S (i know him from mtb riding back in the day) not sure if theres any uk held stock any more. he’s usually pretty good with replying to customers though.
having had a love/hate i really liked the phil BB as it was maintenance and creak free unlike the bushnells.
Dialled Love/Hate seeks EBB? Anyone have something knocking around that would work? Ideally a Phil Woods 🙂
