Bank transfer is the worst case, even debit cards mostly have chargeback schemes. You're probably stuck with giving them a specific period, typically 14 days, to pay up or face court action. Small claims are pretty easy to do and you don't even need to leave the house unless they foolishly insist on actually going to a hearing to argue the matter. I would caution that getting a judgement is only the start of the matter if they really do want to be dicks.
