Yep, every fucking time, pretty much always some private hire cunt. That's no an excuse for driving on the pavement, but the alternative is to let that one act of cuntishness fuck the supply chain even more. Imagine the time it takes to do a "go around" in that truck on those roads, with no guarantee that the cunt won't still be there.

Well I don’t know about ‘legal’ or not, I asked him why he was on the pavement and he said he couldn’t park in the usual red deliveries box on the road because there was a car parked there. To my knowledge motor vehicles should stay the hell off the pavement with few exceptions.
