I literally thought the same thing and asked the seller if the bike had been repainted, he advised no. I've since seen two examples of a CAAD 5 with that exact paint job/fork combo from two completely different sellers, in different sizes. So think it's legit.

Fair enough, sounds correct then. Don’t know why you’d rebadge as a 5 anyway.

Funny they did a caad8 with the same forks. Googling raw caad8 throws up some with this fork and others with a premium slice.

I've found the same thing regarding forks, not always easy to tell which fork original came with the frame.
