  • I can tell you that it's actually a cosmetically similar variant of vantablack, and isn't particularly fragile.

    In person, the watch simply looks like it has a black dial. The crystal diminishes any special effect you might perceive quite a lot anyway.

    I'd say it's a gimmick. Just like with the other brands that did it already.

    Yeah, I had assumed that was the case.

  • What I'd like to see is the material used next to materials with colour, rather than white gold, silver, stainless and ceramics etc as most brands have done.

    Monochrome reflective dials reflect the warm tones of gold cases and indeces - it's almost imperceptible, but it's there. Presumably a material like vantablack wouldn't do that.. might make for a more interesting effect.
