  • If there is anything wrong with a wren kitchen (which is a lot of the time) their business model seems to be; throw replacement parts at the customer until we get the right one or they give up and go away. A client of mine a couple of years back was able to install a near complete kitchen in their granny annex, from memory they had to buy one drawer front, one door front and worktop. These days it's even easier because you can just tick a box on their app (a photo of the issue isn't even required) to order replacements and they arrive the next day. Their margins must be fucking ridiculous if they can solve problems by spunking money up the wall like that.

  • Their margins (for domestic/retail users) is hilariously huge yes. For bigger contractors/new build guys they get it at some low prices, but mostly it is low end stuff, they do have better quality stuff, but folk rarely choose it, as Wren price it (retail facing) at pretty offensive prices IME.
